Complete your 2011 entry form here and Fee Payment and Release Form here and submit both forms to the Encinal Yacht Club with the $30 entry fee and a $25 refundable deposit for the parade numbers by December 1, 2011.
A Skipper's Meeting is scheduled for Thursday December 1st, at 6 PM. at the Encinal Yacht Club, located at 1251 Pacific Marina in Alameda. The parade route will be reviewed and participant numbers will be assigned. Those who cannot make the meeting are welcomed to pick up their number and parade instructions during regular business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00-5:00) at the Encinal YC office anytime after December 1st. We will have a drawing for prizes for the skippers who make the meeting!
In addition to a commemorative gift bag participants will also receive a photograph of their decorated boat after the parade. You can also order a DVD of the parade for a $10 fee. DVDs must be pre-ordered and pre-paid.
